Boa pergunta que merece uma boa resposta...  ;)  Assumindo que todo usuario
de Ubuntu iniciante visite o site oficial primeiro, seria tambem no mesmo
que este usuario leria pela primeira vez qualquer informacao sobre o
trabalho de traducao em portugues do Brasil...  Mas estou neste exato
momento adicionando o mesmo documento no ubuntu-br.org...  ;)
