Is the MIR ready to go? If the MIR team is fine with moving gnome-
bluetooth3 into main as it is right now, consider this FFe approved -
but the deadline for any of this is, let's say, end of the day before
Final Freeze.

So yeah, consider it a conditional +1 - if MIR team is +1 and the
package goes to main, this is instantly 'Triaged'.
