We don't have any full time Bluetooth experts but if you log a bug:
ubuntu-bug bluez
and it is found to not be a BlueZ bug then it will be directed to the right
people from there.
If you think it's a machine-specific issue (in the kernel layer of Bluetooth)
then you can save some time and report it to the kernel:
ubuntu-bug linux
Or if you would like to just talk to the upstream Bluetooth developers then you
can try:
