[Bug 1744283] [NEW] Bluetooh daemon don't work

Public bug reported:

Bluetooth service complains about Not Enough Resources. My BT headset is
not connecting and if so, it is disconnected after 30s-2min. BT daemon
freezes in restart attempt.
