Public bug reported:

Hello,

Bluetooth file send stopped after upgrade to Kubuntu 17.04. It was
working fine with Kubuntu 16.10. "bluedevil-sendfile" hinted obex not
running.

$bluedevil-sendfile
bluedevil.sendfile: Device ""
bluedevil.sendfile: Files ()
BluezQt: PendingCall Error: "Unit dbus-org.bluez.obex.service not found."
bluedevil.sendfile: Manager initialized

Then the following command solved the issue (but requires this extra
step in every boot):

$systemctl --user start obex

Someone hinted "obexd should be dependency for bluedevil, you should
file a bug against ubuntu packages." --
