[Bug 1579025] [NEW] Nexus4 Car Kit com_comp V12b reboots when tries to reconnect

Public bug reported:

When I detect the hands free blue tooth generic comf_comp V12b and enter pin it connects great.
After turning off the car and reentering, the Nexus4 dual boot touch reboots into Android when it automatically tries to reconnect to the hands free unit.
>From Android it says Version 12 stable ubuntu=20160401.1 but also occurred on previous version. 
In the Ubuntu About it say 15.04 (OTA-10)
