This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-system-settings -
0.3+16.04.20160128-0ubuntu1

  * Allow pairing regardless of type (LP: #1535660, #1534221)
  * Exposed adapterAddress in the bluetooth plugin to be used to get the
    address in the about plugin (LP: #1537029)
