[Bug 1532980] [NEW] have to "forget" device sometimes

Public bug reported:

while testing pd, had trouble connecting a previously connected mouse.
attempted the restart indicator-bluetooth trick, this didn't help.
I could see the mouse in the list, but never would connect when selecting the "connect" button.
in the end had to "forget device" then refresh list, then device would connect.
