Same problem in Xubuntu 15.04.  Can't access /dev/rfcomm0 as regular
user. I stopped service ModemManager, then lsof /dev/rfcomm0 returned
nothing and the problem persist. I only can do "cat /dev/rfcomm0" as
root.
