[Bug 954758] Re: can't turn on bluetooth

For me, this problem was caused by  bluetoothd not being executable, so
was not running.

I fixed this by running:

    $ sudo chmod +x /usr/sbin/bluetoothd
    $ sudo start bluetoothd
