[Bug 1436084] [NEW] bluetooth pairing impossible BQ phone

Public bug reported:

the bluetooth activation seem to be OK but no device were listed on the
BQ aquaris ubuntu phone :(

the test have been done with different bluetooth headset with the same
result : no device detected by the phone.
