I find this workaround:

cb at cb-AO725:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
[sudo] password for cb: 
 * Stopping bluetooth                                                    [ OK ] 
 * Starting bluetooth                                                    [ OK ] 
cb at cb-AO725:~$ pulseaudio -k
cb at cb-AO725:~$ pulseaudio --start

But it's working only sometime !
