[Bug 1408444] [NEW] bluetooth-wizard cannot pair keyboard with given pin

Public bug reported:

To pair e.g. an Iconia W700 type cover using bluetooth-wizard a further
line in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf is necessary:

pin_helper = /usr/bin/bluepin

Without it pairing fails without any comment.
