Same issue: can't sent files from my tablet to my Ubuntu laptop anymore.
When enabling accepting receive files from all computers, I get a
slightly different error:

Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: CONNECT(0x0), (null)(0xffffffff)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: CONNECT(0x0), (null)(0x0)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: PUT(0x2), (null)(0xffffffff)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: open(/home/berend/Downloads/IMG_20151231_112813.jpg): Operation not permitted (1)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: PUT(0x2), FORBIDDEN(0x43)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: DISCONNECT(0x1), (null)(0xffffffff)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: DISCONNECT(0x1), SUCCESS(0x20)
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo obexd[6983]: disconnected: Transport got disconnected
Dec 31 11:53:04 bonobo bluetoothd[4698]: Unable to get io data for Object Push: getpeername: Transport endpoint is not connected (107)

Perhaps this is because my home directory is encrypted, and system
directory is not encrypted?
