[Bug 1295215] [NEW] Look into switching to bluez 5.x

The Bluez release has many new features (http://www.bluez.org/release-
of-bluez-5-0/)

Among them is the deprecation of their bluez-gstreamer package, removing
this blocker to removing gstreamer0.10 from the desktop image.
