AFAICS this bug is introduced by the Canonical, Ltd.'s patch "Enable the Gateway and Source audio profiles by
default"
Please fix/revert that patch to fix this issue.

  My 2 13.04 machines both have this issue(1 notebook, 2 bluetooth dongles)
