Pierre Equoy, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu
better. As per https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez-hcidump the
package is not available in Utopic+. Hence, it would appear apport would
want to be adjusted for these releases to not include this request,
and/or provide some other suggestion.
