[Bug 1301045] [NEW] gnome-bluetooth pulls in unity-control-center on Ubuntu GNOME packageset installation

Public bug reported:

Installing Ubuntu GNOME packageset from the netinstall/mini.iso right
now pulls in Unity-control-center/unity-settings-daemon.

I believe this is probably being caused by following recommends :

Recommends:  unity-control-center | gnome-control-center

Perhaps this could be demoted to Suggests to workaround this issue?
