On 13.0.4 I installed bluez-compat just as described here:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/283611/bluetooth-problem-on-
lubuntu-12-04-2-lts and my logitech k810 works now as expected (I did
not restart so not sure if connection will be persisted but at least
typing using k810 now :)).
