Other commands that might help debug this:

This does nothing:
$ bluez-simple-agent hci0 C4:17:FE:EF:D6:6F
Creating device failed: org.bluez.Error.ConnectionAttemptFailed: Page Timeout
$

This crashes right away with "bluez-test-device crashed with
DBusException in call_blocking():org.bluez.Error.DoesNotExist: Does Not
Exists", duplicate of bugs 1046781. (I can not find that bug):

$ sudo bluez-test-device trusted 00:12:5A:61:65:45  yes
