Ubuntu 12.10 is giving the same errors. PC can't send to phone and vice
versa.

  I'm using 13.04 and i can't send file from my netbook to my phone via
- bluetooth.
+ bluetooth. Also affects 12.10 - phone can't send files to samsung laptop
+ or laptop to phone
