Bluetooth Access Point Client

Is there currently the possibility to connect to a Bluetooth access
point like the one created by iOS?

If yes, anyone want to port it to Ubuntu Phone?

Would be really nice feature so that I can use Internet on my Nexus4
with Ubuntu Phone using the Internet tethering on my iPhone 3GS not
supporting wifi hotspots.
