My machine running Ubuntu 12.10 doesn't have an hidd command, however it
gave me an idea.

If you press the button on the bottom of the mouse to cause it to go
into pairing mode, and then select "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse >
Connect" from the bluetooth menu it will re-pair. For those who don't
have an additional mouse connected all the time (such as myself) and who
are using Unity can press Alt and then type in "connect" and it should
show up in the search results. If it doesn't you might try combinations
of "Microsoft" and "Connect" or something like that.
