Public bug reported:

Sidenote, I generated this report with 'ubuntu-bug bluez' and it told me to run:
sudo hcidump -XYt > $HOME/hci.log
but it did not tell me what package to install for hcidump. It would be awesome if it did so..

When I resume from suspend or hibernate Bluetooth stops working. the bluetooth icon is in the system tray but the only listed option is to turn off bluetooth and it says bluetooth is disabled. the only interesting line in dmsg is :

[34684.125732] Bluetooth: hci0 urb ffff88004581c300 submission failed

If I'm lucky I can sudo service bluetooth restart and get back to work. otherwise I need to reboot to get bluetooth working again

interestingly, if I remove my usb bt dongle before I suspend, I have no
problem plugging in my dongle after resume.
