[Bug 1074792] [NEW] Bluetooth Mouse is laggy/sluggish/erratic behaviour in Linux but not Windows

Public bug reported:

My Prolink PMO624B Bluetooth Mouse movement is laggy/sluggish/erratic in
Ubuntu 12.04 and 12.10 on a Asus EeePC 1215B. However, it works
completely normal in Windows 7 on the same machine, so I believe that
the issue is with Linux/BlueZ. Please advise?
