[Bug 945151] [NEW] "Sound Settings" in the applet menu pulls up gnome-control-center, not the sound settings component

Public bug reported:

The "sound settings" menu item in the bluetooth applet, which should
take me directly to the sound settings dialog, instead takes me to the
gnome-control-center default page from which I have to click "sound"
again.  This is a recent regression in precise.
