[Bug 1017112] [NEW] Bluetooth indicator will not stay turned on after reboot

Public bug reported:

I turned on bluetooth indicator, connected my bluetooth mouse, then
rebooted.

Bluetooth indicator was turned off after reboot.
This happens everytime I reboot. So I need to manually turn bluetooth on for using my bluetooth mouse.
It's annoyong.

In 11.04 bluetooth stayed on if set it to on.

This bug may be related to bug #922375.

I use Precise Pangolin 12.04 on Asus T101MT.
