[Bug 1025578] Re: espeak sound output very slow if bluez-alsa installed

To be clear, when I say "slows down", what I actually mean is that with
bluez-alsa installed and bluetooth enabled, running espeak results in a
~20 second delay, followed by espeak working correctly and playing sound
at the correct pitch: speed of sound playback is not affected.
