[Bug 913785] [NEW] bluetooth-applet doesn't start automatically on Precise

Public bug reported:
Previously bluetooth-applet would start and show an icon on the above of
the screen. But on Precise (Macbook Air 4,1), it doesn't. Have to run
bluetooth-applet manually to enable that.
