[Bug 913441] [NEW] Bluetooth is not working once disconnected

Public bug reported:

Bluetooth dial-up stops working once i disconnect bluetooth dial-up connection.
The device (my mobile) remains connected.
Further bluetoothd daemon hangs. killing the daemon is also not possible in that situation. For instance:

$ sudo pkill -9 bluetoothd
$ pgrep bluetoothd 
1347

A side-effect for this problem is the operating system is not suspended
as the process cannot be stopped.
