[Bug 1093110] [NEW] [ubuntu-12.04] Phone Manager does NOT start

Public bug reported:

Phone Manager fails to start in Ubuntu 12.04. I don't have a Bluetooth
device and I connect my mobile phone through USB.

Here is the output from terminal:

~$ gnome-phone-manager
