[Bug 1087179] [NEW] Cannot select bluetooth headset in sound settings

Public bug reported:

I can successfully pair the headset, but I cannot select it in sound
settings to send music through it.  `pactl list cards short` only lists
alsa_card.pci-0000_00_1b.0 and nothing from bluez.
