[Bug 991681] [NEW] Bluetooth is disabled in 11.10, shows disabled in preference Laptop model SONY VAIO EG35

Public bug reported:

I can see the bluetooth ON in the staus bar, but when i open the preference i can see it disabled.THe Bluetooth ON and Visibility option is greyed out , so cannot make any changes.
On running lsusb
