Setting back to Incomplete since this doesn't actually appear to be
fixed.

Can you please provide the exact change you're making to 97-bluetooth-
hid2hci.rules and the output of lsusb? Seems to me like maybe the
logitech rules include a device it shouldn't, and it should be adjusted
so that the diNovo gets properly set in hidraw mode no matter what.
