[Bug 976288] [NEW] Bluetooth adapter fails to work after resume

Public bug reported:

Device is recognized by hcitool/hciconfig. Bluetooth GUI indicates that
Bluetooth is disabled, and cannot be enabled. There is a crash log with
a stack trace in dmesg (found in "CurrentDmesg.txt", starting at
9822.016244). Using patched kernel to solve shutdown/resume issue from
