[Bug 855832] [NEW] bluetooth needs to restart after plugin a bluetooth stick

Public bug reported:

1. start computer
2. plug a bluetooth stick in your usb port
3. nothing happens

4. sudo killall bluetoothd
5. sudo /usr/sbin/bluetoothd
6. now it works like it should

tested with natty and oneiric
