Never working, first kernel linux 2.6.38.10. Don't long I used linux.

sudo hciconfig hci0 reset
Can't init device hci0: Connection timed out (110)

I don't know how fixing this. Sorry I am noobly is it. 
P.S. sorry for my English (I am from Russia)
