Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. 
Did your bluetooh adapter stopped working or never worked?

Can you try to reset the adapter:
sudo hciconfig hci0 reset

Please don't assign yourself to bugs, If you don't plan on fixing them.
By assigning your making a clear statement that you're working on it, so
other developers won't look twice at your bug.
