[Bug 811249] [NEW] bluetooth-applet is not automatically started on login

Public bug reported:

In oneiric, bluetooth-applet was not started for me automatically on my
latest login.  This means that to get access to the bluetooth menu, I
had to start bluetooth-applet by hand - a real pain!  This should be
started by default like it used to be.
