[Bug 810009] [NEW] Bluetooth applet not started when connecting external USB Bluetooth

Public bug reported:
When connecting external USB Bluetooth, Linux detects it and it works ok.
But bluetooth-applet is not run, starting it manually works OK and Bluetooth icon shows.
