Uhm, hello Ubuntu devs?  This is not just a problem with gnome-bluetooth
but also with virt-manager.  It's most annoying to have to keep
restarting virt-manager every time you start and stop virtual machines!

As Bastien Nocera says, this a problem in Ubuntu only and requires that
Ubuntu fix it, not wait for upstream to fix!  Please attend to this
ASAP!
