[Bug 629067] [NEW] Bluetooth when switched off....gets switched on on every boot

My HP HDX 16t laptop, i switch bluetooth off everytime but on the
bluetooth does not retain its state but is swithed on everytime. Only
solution is to not to load the software from startup applications.
