My mobile phone can find, connect, pair, transfer data with my laptop. My laptop is able to l2ping my mobile device but hcitool scan returns no result. (except once!!  I can not reproduce it) Visibilty of my mobile phone is always on.

hcitool scan cant find my wireless keyboard. l2ping <Mac-Adress> returns
no result.
