Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

As per summary, the transfer dialog (the one appearing when you choose
Send file) doesn't disappear when the transfer is completed, and doesn't
show anything saying the action was performed and successful.

The only difference is the filled progress bar.

Close the progress dialog or change the progressbar label to "Completed"
and button from Cancel to Close could be better.
