Kubuntu 10.04 using blueman. When blueman applet has been used to set
bluetooth off, then bluetoothd is not running after a restart.

Symptom: blueman applet icon in tray dissapears right after startup when
bluetooth is set to off.

Workaround: start bluetoothd manually when bluetooth is needed.

Expected behavior: bluetoothd runs (at least) whenever blueman does, so
that blueman on its own can be used to set bluetooth to on.
