It sounds like you guys are reporting a few different bugs that, while
they have some overlapping symptoms, are probably caused by different
defects and require different fixes.

While it's always great to have people submitting bugs instead of just
grumbling their way through problems, there's the risk that some of the
bugs will be lost in the noise.

The initial bug that this was about shows "skipping bytes" messages in
the logs and seems to be fixed by making sure the headphones are only
connected through A2DP profile, without HSP in addition. If that doesn't
sound like your bug, you should probably make sure there IS a bug
similar to yours.
