I purchased a separate bluetooth dongle and was able to get my keyboard
to sync by logging in from another computer and pairing the keyboard
with the other dongle.  The disadvantage of using this separate dongle
is that I don't have access to the keyboard until the OS has loaded.

Hopefully the late April release will solve this as I wasn't happy about
having to buy a separate bluetooth dongle and new users might never be
able to sort the issue out.
