Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

I turned off Bluetooth via the Bluetooth Applet. (Right-click, "Turn off
Bluetooth". I then set my laptop to Suspend. After resuming my session,
I found that turning on Bluetooth via the Applet had no effect - it
would say that Bluetooth is on, but the menu itself only has "Turn
Bluetooth off" and "Preferences" as options, whilst, with Bluetooth
actually functioning, options for sending/receiving files via Bluetooth,
and an option for my mouse would be shown. I confirm that this was not
merely cosmetic, for trying to get my mouse connected while the
Bluetooth Applet behaved this way proved to be in vain.
