[Bug 452680] [NEW] turning off bluetooth is not persistent between reboots

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

If I turn off bluetooth the bluetooth LED on my Thinkpad T400 turns off
the the icon dims (I have the latest packages from karmic).  This is
great. but when I reboot, bluetooth is back on again.
