[Bug 445326] [NEW] BT applet visible even without any adapter being present

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

Since yesterday's update, I always have a BT applet in my panel;
however, I do not have any BT adapters at the moment (I usually just
plug it in when I need it). Before, it only showed the applet when an
adapter actually was present, and I think we should keep it that way to
avoid clutter.
